Has anyone tried 3d printing the omni wheels and tried swapping out the rollers out of the factory ones? If so, can you provide suggestions for the best approach? Thanks

Im not aware of any high school teams utilizing 3dp omni wheels for obvious reasons. But, a good place to start is collegiate teams, Omni’s are commonly 3d printed for various reasons.
I can think of only one person who could possibly answer your question. He is a member of team LOUIE and on LOUIE’s pushback robot, they used 3dp omnis.
