RECF Participant Release Form

Is there a RECF Participant Release Form that teams need to have signed by parents for tournaments? I haven’t seen a digital option yet on recfevents.org. If there is one on recf.org, I haven’t found it yet. This might be something to send out to all of the registered teams ASAP as tournaments are getting started in the next few weeks. If there is only a hard copy format right now, are teams to bring those with them to each tournament and should EPs have volunteers check them when teams arrive or as part of inspection?

Where will the digital forms be stored so that as a coach, I can teall who has submitted the form and who hasn’t for my teams?

So if teams fill out the digital waivers, do members still need to turn in physical waivers at each event?

Any updates on where the digital forms can be found? I have coaches attending my event this weekend asking me and I don’t have an answer because I can’t see mine either. :slight_smile:

Right now the only forms available are hardcopies: https://kb.roboticseducation.org/hc/en-us/articles/41263777503767-Participant-Release-Form

Teams and Event Partners should follow the process outlined in that article.

That’s not to say there won’t be a digital version down the road but for the time being, we are asking teams to bring paper copies to events they attend.
