Student advisory boards

Hi! I have a question regarding the student advisory boards and was curious as to whether anyone may know the answer. For the students who applied to the student advisory board, is there a date for when we should expect to hear back about it? Furthermore, will emails be sent out regarding our applications only if we are accepted, or also if we were declined?
